I wanted one rack that could do a little bit of everything, and this has been perfect for my home gym. I’ve been using it for different workouts all week and really love having so many options in one place.
The dual pulley system makes this rack so much more versatile. I can do cable flys, rows, curls, and still use it as a full power rack. Perfect setup for anyone wanting a complete gym without taking up too much space.
After taking a long break from lifting, I wanted something that would let me ease back into training without feeling like I had to jump straight back into heavy workouts. The P2A has been a nice fit for that. I’ve been able to keep things controlled, focus on my form, and gradually add more work as I get comfortable again. I’m nowhere near where I was before, but having the equipment at home has made getting back into the habit feel much less intimidating.
The dual pulley setup has been one of my favorite parts of this rack. I’ve been adding more single-arm movements to my workouts lately, and being able to train each side separately makes a big difference. I also like being able to adjust the pulley positions depending on the exercise instead of trying to make one setup work for everything. It’s made cable training much more interesting for me.
The outer packaging had some minor wear from shipping, but thankfully everything inside was in perfect condition. Once everything was set up, the P2A worked just as it should. The pulleys move smoothly, and everything has been working normally during my workouts so far. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.
I’m a beginner and honestly didn’t know exactly what I needed when I started looking for a home gym setup. I just knew I wanted something I could grow into without having to replace it a few months later. After using the P2A, I feel like I made the right choice. I’m still learning the basics, but there’s already plenty for me to work on. I haven’t come close to using everything yet, which is actually a good thing for me.
I didn’t find an instruction manual in the package when I first opened everything, so I wasn’t sure where to start with the setup. I reached out to customer service and they helped me get the instructions I needed pretty quickly. Once I got everything figured out, the setup went smoothly and I’ve been really enjoying the P2A. I’ve been using it regularly since then and have had a really good experience with the rack overall.
My favorite thing about this rack is honestly how much I’ve learned from using it. I started out doing pretty basic exercises and wasn’t very confident with strength training. Over time I’ve tried different cable movements, adjusted my routine, and started paying more attention to how each exercise actually feels. I still have a lot to learn, but I’m much more comfortable training now.
I’ve had the P2A for a little over a month now and I’m honestly using it way more than I thought I would. I usually train after work, so being able to walk into the garage and just get started has been huge for me. I’m still figuring out what exercises I like, but I’ve already settled into a pretty good routine with it. Really happy with this purchase.
I love this rack! The P2A has been such a great addition to my home gym. It doesn’t take up a crazy amount of space, but there’s still so much I can do with it. The dual pulley setup has become my favorite part, and everything feels solid and smooth during my workouts. I’m still pretty new to strength training, and this has made working out at home so much more enjoyable.
The P2A has way more versatility than I expected. The dual pulley system is probably what I use the most because there are just so many ways to work with it. I’ve been doing cable rows, pulldowns, curls, tricep work and some single-arm movements, and I’m still finding new ways to use it in my workouts. I like being able to train both sides together or focus on one side at a time, depending on what I’m working on that day. It’s also convenient when I want to move from one exercise to another without having to completely change my setup. It’s nice not feeling like I have to do the same few exercises every time I train, especially when I’m trying to keep my workouts interesting and make steady progress.
Really happy with the P2A so far. The dual pulley system has been one of my favorite parts because I can switch between different movements without having to completely change my setup. I’ve been using it for everything from rows and pulldowns to different cable exercises. It makes a pretty big difference when you’re trying to get a full workout in without a garage full of machines.
I’m still pretty new to strength training, so I’ve been taking my time learning everything instead of trying to lift as much as possible right away. Having the equipment at home has actually helped with that. I can practice movements without feeling like people are waiting for me to finish or watching what I’m doing. I’ve been slowly getting more comfortable with my workouts, and I can already tell I’m stronger than when I started.
The box took a little bit of a beating during shipping, so I was a little nervous when it arrived. Luckily, everything inside was packed pretty well and the rack itself was fine. Setup took some time, but once I got everything together, I’ve been really happy with the P2A. It’s been getting regular use in my garage.
One of my favorite things about owning this is being able to repeat an exercise a few times without feeling rushed. If something feels off, I can stop, adjust my position, and try it again. I’ve become much more aware of little things like where my feet are, how I’m gripping the handle, and whether I’m actually controlling the movement. Those are details I probably would have ignored before. My workouts feel more deliberate now, and I think my form has improved because of it.
I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting at the gym just waiting for equipment until I started training at home. With the P2A, I can basically walk in, put on some music, and start. Lately I’ve been doing a push/pull/legs routine, and I’ve found myself paying more attention to the actual workout instead of thinking about what machine might be free next. I also like being able to slow down my reps and really focus on the movement. It sounds like a small thing, but my workouts feel much more intentional now.
I work from home and realized I was spending way too much time sitting in front of a computer. I originally told myself I’d use the rack during lunch breaks, but most of my workouts have ended up being in the evening. What I like most is that I don’t need to think too much about what equipment to use. I can warm up, get through my main lifts, then move over to cable work without changing my whole setup. I’m not trying to become a bodybuilder or anything—I just wanted to get stronger and feel better day to day. So far, it’s doing exactly what I bought it for.
I had a short delay getting one of the smaller components I needed, so I couldn’t finish everything on the exact day I originally planned. I was disappointed because I had already set aside the weekend for it, but it wasn’t a major issue in the end. Once I had everything together, I started using it right away and haven’t had any complaints during my workouts. If you’re ordering one, I’d just recommend giving yourself a little flexibility with your setup schedule rather than planning everything down to a specific day.
I wanted to start strength training but needed equipment that felt approachable and easy to use. The EVOLPOW P2A has been a great choice for me. I appreciate being able to control my movements and progress at my own pace. It gives me confidence while training, and I enjoy having the ability to exercise at home whenever I feel ready. It has become an important part of my daily routine.
I was completely new to strength training and didn’t know what equipment I actually needed for my home gym. The EVOLPOW P2A has been a great starting point because it allows me to learn different exercises without needing multiple machines. The dual pulley system is very smooth, and I love that I can slowly increase the difficulty as I improve. It feels like having a personal training station at home. After a few months of consistent workouts, I can already see progress in my strength and confidence.
I transformed part of my garage into a workout area, and the P2A became the main piece of equipment. What I like most is how professional my training space feels now. It gives me the feeling of having a real gym setup without needing dozens of separate machines. Every time I walk into my garage gym, I feel motivated to get a workout in. This was definitely one of my favorite upgrades.
This was my first major home gym purchase, and I spent a lot of time comparing different options before choosing the EVOLPOW P2A. I’m glad I made this decision. The setup gives me everything I need to start building a proper training routine without feeling overwhelmed. The design is beginner-friendly but still has enough features to support long-term progress. It’s been a great foundation for my fitness journey.
I originally bought this to rebuild strength after recovering from a shoulder injury. The dual pulley system has been perfect for controlled movements and lighter resistance exercises. As I've gotten stronger, I've started using it for my regular workouts too. The rack feels stable and well-made. I'm really happy with how versatile it is.
I've struggled with staying motivated to go to the gym after work, so I decided to invest in a home setup instead. This rack has made a huge difference. The dual pulley system keeps my workouts interesting because there are so many exercises to choose from. I've been training more consistently than ever before. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.
I upgraded from a simple squat stand, and the difference has been huge. Having the dual pulley system built into the rack means I can train almost every muscle group without needing separate machines. The build quality feels excellent, and everything runs smoothly. I've been using it nearly every day since it arrived. It's easily my favorite piece of gym equipment.
I mainly work out on weekends and a couple of evenings during the week, and this rack has fit my routine really well. The dual pulley system makes the whole setup feel much more versatile than a basic power rack. After a few weeks, I even picked up a couple of extra attachments to mix up my workouts. I've been enjoying it more than I expected.
This rack has been exactly what I was looking for, and the dual pulley system performs great. I just wish the assembly instructions included a few more detailed diagrams, as I had to double-check a couple of steps. Once it was built, though, it has been solid and reliable.
After canceling my gym membership, I wanted one piece of equipment that could handle most of my workouts. This rack does exactly that. Between the power rack and the dual pulley setup, I rarely feel like I'm missing any equipment from a commercial gym.
After three months, this rack has exceeded expectations. The steel is welded tight, the J?hooks are adjustable, and the pulley heights cover every cable exercise I need. It truly replaces multiple machines in my small garage.
I used to think I needed two separate stations for powerlifting and cable work. The P2A proved me wrong. The rack itself is sturdy enough for heavy deadlifts, and the dual?pulley system offers high, mid, and low positions for almost every cable exercise. My training flow is seamless – from compound moves to isolation work without changing equipment. If you want a complete home gym in a small space, this is it.
The dual pulley system completely elevates this rack. I can switch from heavy barbell squats directly into cable crossovers without moving to another machine.
The Dual Pulley Edition is an absolute masterpiece of an upgrade. Doing unilateral flyes and cable crossovers with independent resistance feels professional-grade.
You get the strength of a heavy-duty power rack combined with a fully functional cable crossover. The price is unbeatable for this level of versatility.
Incredibly smooth cable travel. The 2:1 pulley ratio is perfect for micro-progression in upper body accessory work. Truly elevates my daily strength training.
The storage hooks at the top rear of the rack are incredibly useful. They keep all my bands and cable attachments off the floor and perfectly organized.
