You have the option to cancel your order at any time before EVOLPOW dispatches the product to you. Typically, EVOLPOW processes order cancellation requests within 1-2 business days. Once the order has reached the shipping stage, cancellation is not possible.
After order cancellation, EVOLPOW will not reserve inventory for you, potentially leading to out-of-stock situations for which we will not be held responsible.

Refund Processing Timeline
Upon initiation of a refund, the refunded amount will be credited to your account through the original payment channel. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the payment channel, with the usual timeframe being within 7 business days.
At present, we do not facilitate exchange services. EVOLPOW extends a no-questions-asked policy for all items purchased within 35 days from the date of delivery.
