I had been looking for an adjustable bench for my home gym for a while and ended up going with the BEB. The setup was easier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using it for presses, dumbbell work, and a few other exercises, and the different adjustment positions have been really useful. The padding also feels comfortable without being too soft. After using it for a few weeks, I’m very satisfied with how it has worked out.
After taking almost a year off from lifting because of work and other commitments, I wanted to ease back into training instead of jumping straight into heavy workouts. Very nice bench! Easy to assemble, very sturdy & well made. I got this one to go with my EVOLPOW BEC bench so I could have one easy to move around and the BEC bench for leg and stomach workouts. I would recommend this bench as well as the BEC for anyone looking.

After knee surgery last year, I needed something reliable to rebuild strength at home. Solid construction, and it fits perfectly in my basement gym. Recovery has never felt this good.
The bench works great for both upper and lower body, but I wish the padding on the leg attachment was a bit softer—it can feel firm on bare skin. Still, it's functional and surprisingly stable for something this size. Would definitely buy again.

I have been going to the gym for many years. I have always been impressed by the quality of the exercise benches provided in many gyms. These benches are sturdy and stable, with the backrest and seat being perfectly centered. If you go to the gym frequently, you will understand how annoying it would be if any of these components were out of alignment. I always look for the specific model of the bench that I like, and their prices are always very expensive, exceeding $1000. So over time, I have been purchasing exercise benches online. I have bought about 3 of them, but I have never found a bench that can completely replicate the quality I experience in the gym. But this one is different. This one is both sturdy and stable. None of the parts are off-center.
